Are you ready to play a key role in a high-impact, fast-paced partner program? The AECO Strategic Partner Program consists of 100+ partners and manages over 2,000 opportunities each year. With this level of activity, maintaining a strong foundation of accountability and support is essential to ensuring success for both AECO leadership and our partners. Do you have the expertise and drive to help build and sustain a program that delivers real results? What You Will Do
Responsible for ensuring the seamless daily operations of the AECO Partner Program, maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality support for both partners and internal teams. Manage partner registrations, track program performance, generate reports & dashboards, and oversee inbound and outbound operational activities. Work closely with program leadership and sales teams to drive performance and achieve strategic goals. Oversee the partner application process, ensuring smooth administrative setup and providing technical and operational onboarding for all new partners. Represent Trimble at CPA-specific marketing events to expand and strengthen the partner network. Drive operational excellence and provide marketing insights to support a growing global program. Coordinate and distribute external communications, ensuring partners receive timely and relevant program updates. Support marketing initiatives by assisting with campaign development, content creation, and promotional activities for the partner program. Track and report on partnership and campaign performance; use data to optimize strategies and demonstrate impact. Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards; collaborate with stakeholders to translate data needs into effective visuals and regularly update dashboards. Qualifications & Skills
2+ years of experience in the construction industry, with understanding of industry dynamics and key stakeholders. 2+ years in marketing operations or related roles within high-growth or tech-enabled environments. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field preferred; Salesforce experience is a plus. Experience in data management and reporting tools and technologies. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. Knowledge of Partner Programs is preferred but not required, including structure, engagement strategies, and performance optimization. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Self-starter with initiative; able to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills; able to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve program performance. Ability to oversee multi-step projects, ensuring follow-through and successful completion. Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and accurate daily follow-up. This position is compensated by a base salary plus commission.
