For this role, we look for individuals to be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Primary Responsibilities

Manage a geographical territory, executing the full sales strategy from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth to contract negotiation and customer retention. Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests, and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems effectively. Develop new business and acquire clients by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Educate them on how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase revenue, and operate more efficiently. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and inform them about new solutions and services. Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly. Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers. Innovate and develop new sales strategies to increase market share and enhance customer experience. Skills & Qualifications

Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a strong sales track record. Knowledge of Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry (rental or construction) preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong sales capabilities. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced, growing company and stay updated on EquipmentShare products and services.
