The Account Coordinator delivers high quality and efficient service to internal and external clients by assisting with the branch\'s workflow processes and providing routine client support. Reports to the Branch Client Service Management Manager or Branch Client Service Supervisor. Contributes to client retention, client satisfaction, and the value delivered to clients and prospects; helps achieve operating/margin targets and fosters a culture of performance and continuous improvement. Supports the business priorities of Production team members and the Client Service function; adheres to efficiency, productivity, and process standards (data, documents, timelines, tool usage). Assists with the Branch\'s workflow; creates documents, certificates, and communications using appropriate systems and resources. About You

Required:

High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills. Preferred:

Associate\'s degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience. Previous experience managing client relationships. Behaviors:

Exceptional organizational skills; proficient in using technology to maximize productivity; strong written and verbal communication skills. Compensation And Benefits

Actual compensation will be influenced by factors including experience, education, pay market/geography, scope, skill set, lines of business, supply/demand, and hours.
