Join Ecolab's Institutional team as a
Territory Sales and Service Representative
in the
Voorheesville, NY
market. You will manage your territory, service laundry and dish machines, dispense equipment and systems, and sell new solutions to help achieve a cleaner, safer and healthier environment for all. Our Institutional team supports customer success in hospitality, foodservice, long-term care, commercial, education, and government sectors by focusing on satisfied guests, protected reputations, and efficient operations. We use our industry expertise and science-based guidance in cleanliness, food safety, and public health to empower customers. How You\'ll Make an Impact
Leverage tools and technology (including tablet and mobile apps) to conduct customer visits and recommend programs and solutions Communicate our total value to meet customer needs and grow sales within existing accounts Use problem-solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems Provide emergency service to existing customers via phone or in person, as needed Assist in the installation of equipment and solutions Demonstrate safe equipment use, ensuring customer operations are fully functional Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs Position Details
This is a field-based position and may require travel to Voorheesville, NY and surrounding areas. During training, travel to Ecolab Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota for 2 of the 12 weeks. In-field training for remaining weeks. Ecolab will arrange and pay for travel and related expenses. You are responsible for having proper identification (e.g., Real ID) to fly. After completing training, you will manage, service, and sell to established customers including restaurants, hotels, schools, long-term care facilities, and more within an assigned territory. In some cases, associates may be assigned a supporting role until a territory is available. Weekend Rotation

High School Diploma or GED 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service or hospitality-related experience Availability for overnight shifts and emergency coverage including nights, weekends, and holidays Current and valid Driver\'s License with no restrictions No Immigration Sponsorship available Physical Demands
