Benefits Coordinator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company in Kansas City, MO who is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Temporary Benefits Coordinator to assist our HR team during the open enrollment season. This short-term role is critical in ensuring a smooth and efficient benefits enrollment process for our employees.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for open enrollment activities, including data entry, employee communications, and documentation.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits plans, enrollment procedures, and deadlines.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating benefits meetings, webinars, and Q&A sessions.
Review and process benefits elections and changes in the HRIS system.
Collaborate with HR, payroll, and benefits vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information.
Qualifications
At least 2+ years of previous experience in HR administrating benefits during open enrollment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
