Job Title: Contract HR Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Lake Oswego, Oregon
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Schedule: Full-time, On-site
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Recruiting Coordinator to join our team on a 3-month contract basis. This role supports our dynamic construction operations by managing recruiting efforts, benefits coordination, and general HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in a fast-paced HR environment and be ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate full-cycle recruiting efforts including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Assist with benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries.
- Support HR administrative functions such as maintaining employee records, processing HR documents, and compliance tracking.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to ensure timely and effective staffing solutions.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, and benefits administration.
- Prior experience in the construction industry preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
