Oversee projects and assist Engagement Managers in identifying project needs and developing solutions Support the sales team with RFP responses, estimates, and Statements of Work (SOWs) Lead and manage a diverse, remote team of consultants to ensure adherence to practices and methodologies Mentor and coach team members while performing regular performance management tasks Establish goals for direct reports and collect performance feedback to drive team success Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience Certification in Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking is required Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Workday Payroll, Absence, & Time Tracking Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and solve complex incidents Preferred Qualifications
