Manage Workday payroll configuration and propose enhancements to meet processing requirements and compliance Facilitate testing efforts for Workday Payroll, including regression and user acceptance testing Identify and resolve issues related to Workday payroll configuration and process improvements Develop and deliver accurate payroll reports in collaboration with the HR reporting team Provide expertise in time‑tracking processes and ensure data accuracy across systems What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Workday ecosystem with a focus on payroll configuration and testing Strong knowledge of Workday configuration and familiarity with payroll regulations in the Americas Hands‑on experience with Workday EIBs and reporting tools Exceptional analytical skills and strong communication abilities to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with Workday Absence, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, or Expenses Familiarity with third‑party payroll integrations Workday Pro certifications in Payroll, Compensation, or Time Tracking Experience in a multi‑country, multinational organization Background in operational payroll We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
