Minimum of 3 years practicing family law in Texas Practice Areas
Divorce, custody, child support, modifications, protective orders, and related family law matters Compensation
$130,000+ Competitive salary plus performance incentives (commensurate with experience) Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of family law cases from intake through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, hearings, mediation, and trial. Provide direct counsel to clients, managing expectations and helping them navigate difficult circumstances with professionalism and empathy. Appear in court regularly and maintain strong relationships with local judges, court staff, and colleagues. Work collaboratively with the Key Law Office team to advance client outcomes while supporting the firm’s high standards. Qualifications
Licensed to practice law in Texas, in good standing. At least 3 years of family law experience with a proven record of managing cases independently. Strong courtroom and client communication skills.
