Our office is supported by immigration professionals who are devoted to proudly advocating on behalf of our clients and advancing the practice of immigration law. We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced candidate to fulfill the position of
Immigration Attorney . The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three years of experience in removal proceedings, waivers, family based petitions, and naturalization. This position requires dedication and a standard 40-50 hours per week to accomplish firm expectations and achieve personal development goals. Responsibilities
Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and/or other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel with the help of senior associate attorney; Drafts, reviews and files appropriate court pleadings including legal motions, petitions and briefs; prepares appropriate immigration applications; Collaborate with clients and other staff to move cases toward resolution efficiently; Represent clients at USCIS interviews/EOIR hearings; prepares case strategy and clients/witnesses for court/USCIS testimony; oversight of court hearings and USCIS interviews; and Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up-to-date information is handy for attorneys and support staff. Required Qualifications
Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree required from an accredited law school; Admitted to practice law in the United States, member in good standing, and admitted to practice law by the highest court in the state where barred; AND Minimum 3 years of immigration law experience. Employment Benefits
