Responsibilities

Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience. Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and find them their dream home. Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from the client about potential homes. Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline. Nurture relationships and connect with clients to generate more sales.

Qualifications

Tech savvy Self-motivation and drive A successful and proven sales history is preferred Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Show good organizational and time management skills Must hold an active Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $250,000+
