Position Summary ABC Pathways is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in the Hammond area. The BCBA will be responsible for the assessment, development, implementation, and ongoing oversight of individualized treatment plans. The BCBA supervises Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring high‑quality service delivery in accordance with ethical guidelines and evidence‑based practices.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and evaluations of individuals with autism.
Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles.
Supervise and provide ongoing guidance to RBTs and other staff implementing the behavior plans.
Monitor progress through data collection, analysis, and regular assessments.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to provide the best possible care.
Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and professional standards set by the BACB.
Maintain detailed records, service schedules, and progress reports.
Qualifications
Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player that can also work independently.
Ability to lead a team of behavior technicians.
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: Starting at $77,000 per year based on experience.
