Food & Beverage Manager
to lead our dining and event operations. This hands-on leader ensures exceptional service, teamwork, and efficiency across all outlets, including member dining, lounges, and banquet events. Responsibilities
Oversee daily food and beverage operations and ensure exceptional member and guest experiences.
Lead, train, and schedule service staff to maintain consistent, high-quality service.
Manage banquet and special event setup, service, and breakdown in coordination with culinary and catering teams.
Monitor labor, costs, and inventory to ensure departmental profitability.
Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and adherence to all club and health standards.
Resolve member and guest feedback professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
3–5 years of progressive experience in food & beverage or hospitality management; private club or resort background preferred.
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Proficiency with POS systems (CJonas experience a plus).
ServSafe or FL SafeStaff certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
