Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry. This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Part of team rotation that operates and manages ARMs Prioritize workflow and ensure equipment up time is maximized Maintain a clean and safe work environment Perform certification procedures for equipment every shift Communicate to engineering/tech support when issues arise with the equipment Setup oncoming shift up for success Perform ARM level 1 trouble shooting steps Part of team rotation that is assigned Level 1 Troubleshooting Task Responsible for shift cleaning of 30, 40, and 50 cells Following all cell cleaning checklist to maintain safety and quality Log cell cleaning in Maximo Perform troubleshooting steps as outlined in the documentation Able to escalate issues once problem is above level one abilities Knowledge/ Skills / Abilities:

Ability to navigate responsibilities with changing priorities and multiple tasks assigned Must have the ability to function independently Must maintain certification and function as Fiber Processing PA Strong teamwork and leadership skills Requirements to Apply:

Certified in FPA as a PA Not on a Level 2 Discipline or above This position does not support immigration sponsorship. The range for this position is $22.00 hourly rate - $25.25 hourly rate. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
