Under the direction of an Accounting Administrator (Supervisor), the Associate Accounting Analyst (AAA) provides full accounting and financial services. The AAA performs highly complex analytical duties and is responsible for budgetary and financial reporting activities for the Department of Transportation Bond Funds. Responsibilities include accurate recording, reconciliation, and reporting of accounting general ledgers and appropriations within assigned funds while maintaining proper internal controls. Special Requirements
Possession of a valid driver’s license is required when operating a state‑owned or leased vehicle. Transcript is required. Statement of Qualification (SOQ) is required. Application Instructions
