Under the general supervision of the Software Quality Management (SQM) unit Information Technology Supervisor II (ITS II), the IT Associate will serve as the Quality Assurance (QA) specialist to ensure test coverage of business and system requirements and instill testing best practices. The Analyst will develop risk-based test strategies/plans, test cases, triage defects, and report status through Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) or Octane. The QA specialist will perform a wide variety of software testing tasks and support application testing for enterprise initiatives, projects, and other units within the organization. Domains include: Business Technology Management, Client Services, Software Engineering.
