Relationship Banker I

The Relationship Banker will serve as the primary contact for customers, understanding their needs and matching them with our products and services, while mentoring colleagues and adhering to policies and regulations. Responsibilities include: Maintaining knowledge of all bank products, services, and regulatory issues. Serving as a role model and leader within the team. Retaining existing customers and developing new relationships. Serving as the single point of contact for customer needs. Exceeding sales and service goals, promoting products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Opening new accounts and processing transactions accurately. Resolving customer issues promptly and effectively. Participating in meetings, community events, and bank functions. Employee Qualifications: High School Diploma or some college preferred. At least 1 year of banking experience required. Strong customer service skills and cash handling experience preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and manage time well.
