Job Description The Benefits Coordinator will support the administration of employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans. This role focuses on providing excellent service to employees, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring compliance with benefit regulations.

Responsibilities

Assist with employee enrollment, benefit changes, and terminations in the HRIS and payroll systems.

Provide employees with guidance and support on benefit options, eligibility, and claims.

Help administer COBRA and ensure compliance with benefit-related laws and regulations.

Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to benefit plans.

Participate in open enrollment processes, employee meetings, and benefits communications.

Partner with Payroll and HR to ensure accurate deductions and reporting.

Support benefit audits and the preparation of required filings and documentation.

Contribute to continuous improvements in benefits processes and employee communications.

Qualifications

Associate Degree required

Up to 3 years of relevant experience, including internships.

Knowledge of all benefits: 401K and benefit regulations such as ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, Section 125, and DOL requirements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint); Dayforce experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and organization skills
