Senior Inside Sales Associate . The Senior Inside Sales Associate will perform sales functions at the branch, selling products to current customers, developing new prospects, and providing customer service. This role involves working as part of a branch team to service customers' needs and grow sales. Desired Sales Experience or Product Knowledge:

Serve as the point of contact for escalation and troubleshooting issues Sell and upsell products, identify and develop prospects, and manage customer accounts Develop strategies to regain lost customers Train new and current Inside Sales Associates Interact with customers via phone, in person, and electronically Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to needs Work with the sales team to meet sales and profitability goals Enter sales orders, coordinate delivery or pickup, and communicate order updates Generate quotes and support outside sales Stay informed on market and competitive information Proactively contact customers to generate orders and follow up on quotes Maintain product knowledge and answer customer inquiries Process payments and handle administrative duties related to orders and returns Adhere to company policies and SOPs Perform special projects as assigned Core Competencies

Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma with experience also acceptable 5-8+ years inside sales experience Strong sales and customer service skills Product knowledge Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information Excellent communication and organizational skills Negotiation and conflict resolution skills Integrity and professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems Work Environment & Physical Demands

Office setting at branch location. Ability to sit, stand, lift, and move as required. Position Details
