Master Halco, North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fencing and perimeter security products, is seeking a Sr. Inside Sales Associate. The Sr. Inside Sales Associate performs sales functions at the branch, selling products to current customers, identifying and developing new prospects, and performing customer service tasks. The role works as part of a branch team to service customers and grow sales. Responsibilities
Point of contact for escalation issues and troubleshooting for customers Sell or upsell products to customers, identify and develop new prospects, and manage assigned customer accounts as needed Identify lost customers and develop strategies to regain their business Train new ISAs and current ISAs as required Interact with customers over the phone, in person, and electronically Provide excellent customer service by responding quickly and accurately to customer needs Work with a sales team to grow sales and achieve branch/company sales and profitability goals Enter sales orders using the ERP system and coordinate delivery or customer pickup with Branch Operations Keep customers informed of changes to orders, such as product availability or delivery dates Generate formal quotes using the ERP system to communicate pricing and availability Support Outside Sales Associates in responding to customer needs Stay informed about competitive situations and market intelligence and relay relevant information to the Branch Manager Proactively place outbound calls to customers to generate additional orders and follow up on quotes Maintain proficient product knowledge to answer questions about features, benefits, specifications, and installation methods Process customer payments for COD and past-due AR balances Perform administrative duties related to customer orders and returns Adhere to all company SOPs and policies Handle special projects as assigned by Branch Manager Job Specific Competencies

Bachelor’s degree preferred or high school graduate with relevant experience A minimum of 5-8+ years of inside sales experience Required Skills / Abilities
Strong sales and customer service focus Extensive product knowledge for branch offerings Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of the branch Multitasking and handling time-sensitive information Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities Integrity and professionalism in conduct Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, etc.) Experience with order entry / ERP / CRM systems Work Environment
