Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology, assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues, and promoting the company's products and services. Assists management with supervising associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, and guiding approaches to ensure issues are resolved per company guidelines. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and participates in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates. Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors, maintains the sales floor, and completes required documentation. Maintains facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, forklift safety procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions to management. Maintains merchandise presentation, handles claims and returns, zones and stocks areas, organizes displays, removes damaged goods, and prices merchandise according to policy. Monitors product quality, rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation standards; ensures merchandising areas are clean and organized. Oversees club pick-up order picking and staging, ensuring products are selected and staged per policy and procedures. Develops and communicates processes to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; analyzes information, monitors progress, and identifies improvement opportunities. Demonstrates and promotes compliance with company policies, standards of ethics, and integrity; explains how to apply them in business processes and assists management in addressing ethical and compliance issues. Leads and participates in teams, coordinates work assignments, provides feedback, and models adaptability to change and new challenges. The actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Minimum Qualifications
