Full Time Role Summary Our client seeks an Inside Sales Representative to join their rapidly growing team. The Inside Sales Representative will initiate the sales process by preparing proposals, completing the account setup, and understanding customer requirements. They will partner with the sales team to increase sales and customer service in their region. Key Results Areas Present and pitch company products and services to current and potential clients Create and maintain a database of prospective clients Make outbound calls to potential customers daily Follow up on new leads and qualify referrals resulting from inbound lead generation Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients Maintain sales materials and attend sales training classes as directed to enhance product knowledge Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential clients Act as a liaison between customers and branch operations to ensure customer expectations are exceeded Maintain CRM records, including daily call logs, follow-up calls and emails, and adherence to sales goals Communicate new product and service opportunities, developments, and feedback to company leadership Participate in marketing events like seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing activities Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Highly motivated with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Excellent negotiation and time-management skills Advatix, Inc. is a leading provider of e-commerce Supply Chain and Logistics Consulting Services and Solutions, helping clients transform operations for improved speed, service, and cost efficiency.
