Next Level Broadband
Next Level Broadband is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive growth by engaging potential clients and selling broadband and affiliated services within the multi-dwelling unit (MDU) space. This role involves handling inbound leads, conducting outbound outreach, and managing the entire sales process from initial contact to close.
Responsibilities:
Manage and qualify inbound leads, providing information and solutions tailored to client needs.
Conduct outbound sales calls, texts, and emails to generate new business and build a robust sales pipeline.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Provide technical sales support to customers by explaining product features and benefits.
Present and demonstrate broadband services effectively to potential clients.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting our software products and services.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably within the telecommunications or broadband industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite.
Strong business development skills with the ability to drive sales initiatives effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
