Inside Sales Representative – Tireco, Inc Join Tireco, Inc as an Inside Sales Representative to maintain customer satisfaction and drive sales through handling inquiries, making outbound calls, and supporting marketing campaigns. Telemarketing background is ideal.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with rotating Saturdays

Closed on Sundays

Compensation

Base pay $17/hr + uncapped commission

Average performers earn $15,000 in commission

Essential Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and sales support

Support sales/customer service inquiries via phone, chat, text, and email

Answer inbound customer phone calls

Make outbound sales calls to support company objectives

Enter customer discussion points and other information in the CRM and coordinate follow-up activities

Provide product, service, and program information to customers

Develop new prospects and leads through outbound calls and online research

Assist sales team and customers with new customer and credit applications

Support product returns process for new items and warranty claims

Maintain supplier point-of-sale materials (brochures, catalogs, banners)

Compile recommendations to improve key business processes

Share best practices and implement improved sales practices with the team

Availability to work Saturdays as part of team rotation; cover phones remotely using company equipment

Required Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma / GED or equivalent experience

2+ years of experience in a similar or related position

Excellent customer service track record

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook)

Familiarity with NetSuite (preferred)
