For this role, we look for individuals to be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Primary Responsibilities
Manage a geographical territory, executing full sales strategies including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer retention. Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests, utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems effectively. Develop new business and acquire clients by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Educate them on how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase profits, and operate more efficiently. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure complete satisfaction with our services and support. Keep customers informed about new solutions that can improve their business. Respond promptly to inquiries, requests, or complaints, and conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers. Innovate and develop new sales strategies to increase market share and enhance customer experience. Skills & Qualifications
Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a successful sales track record. Knowledge of heavy construction equipment or industry experience (rental or construction) is preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Technical aptitude to adapt quickly and stay updated on EquipmentShare products and services.
