For this role, we look for individuals responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Primary Responsibilities
Manage sales strategy within a geographical territory, including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer retention. Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests. Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Develop new business and acquire clients by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Educate them on how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase revenue, and operate more efficiently. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and inform them about new solutions that can benefit their business. Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly. Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers. Develop and implement new sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience. Skills & Qualifications
Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a strong sales track record. Knowledge of heavy construction equipment or industry (rental or construction) is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Technical aptitude to adapt quickly and stay updated on EquipmentShare products and services.
