For this role, we look for individuals responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Primary Responsibilities

Manage a geographical territory, executing full sales strategies from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth to contract negotiation and customer retention. Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests, and be familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Develop new business and acquire clients by expanding our customer base and educating them on how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase profits, and operate more efficiently. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and keep them informed about new solutions that can improve their business. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers. Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and enhance customer experience. Skills & Qualifications

Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a successful sales track record. Knowledge of heavy construction equipment or industry (rental or construction) preferred, but not required; training provided for the right candidate. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Technical aptitude to adapt quickly and stay educated on EquipmentShare products and services. Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented.
