For this role, we seek individuals responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage a geographical territory, executing full sales strategies including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer retention.

Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests. Be familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Develop new business and acquire clients by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Educate them on how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase revenue, and operate more efficiently.

Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with our service and support. Keep customers informed about new solutions and services.

Respond quickly to customer inquiries, requests, or complaints. Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.

Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and enhance customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications

Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a strong sales track record.

Knowledge of heavy construction equipment or industry, with B2B sales experience preferred but not required. Willing to train the right candidate.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Technical aptitude to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, growing company, with a willingness to learn about EquipmentShare products and services.

Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented.

Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
