Pay Details
Base pay range: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year.
Starting base salary is $45,000 with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55,000 to $75,000 through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top-performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85,000+.
Job Details This is an inward-facing, remote Inside Sales Agent position. Candidates must be residents of the state of Florida. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs, matching appropriate coverages, products, and benefits, and converting sales leads into policyholders.

Represent the Liberty brand, believe in the products, and connect customers to the right offerings.

Adaptability to various environments, schedules, and customer needs.
A Customer‑Centric Closer:
Integrity in delivering quality products and services that meet customer needs.
Position Details
16‑week training for licensed hires; 18‑week training for unlicensed hires.
All insurance representatives must hold a Property & Casualty license after hire.
Comprehensive medical benefits available from day one.
No cold calls – only incoming warm leads.
Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
Schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start time (e.g., 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. CST). Minimum 12‑month commitment before shift change.
All necessary computer equipment provided. Home workspace must include a dedicated desk, high‑speed wired internet (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
Qualifications
2‑3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills needed to close sales.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Proficient in typing and PC usage.
Property & Casualty license required after hire.
