Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth + generous commission. Average first‑year earnings range from $55K–$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top performing agents can earn up to $85K+ after the second year and onward. Job Details

Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in Arizona. Applicants must reside within this specified location to be considered for this role. As an Inbound Sales Representative you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All Inbound Sales Representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, no worries—paid training also includes licensing! Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls— all incoming warm leads. Opportunities for rewards and recognition. Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (e.g., 11am‑8pm CST). All computer equipment is provided. You must maintain a professional home workspace with a wired high‑speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Liberty Mutual does not support satellite or mobile internet service. Qualifications

2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required. Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales. Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills. Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency. Property and Casualty License required after hire. Fair Chance Notices
