Inbound Sales Representative (Remote)
Location North Carolina, New Jersey, South Carolina, Indiana, Massachusetts, West Virginia (remote work)
Base Pay Range $55,000 - $75,000 per year

Job Details As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult customers on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverage, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
Training extends 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.

Schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (e.g., 11am‑8pm CST) for a minimum of 12 months before shift change.
Remote work requires a professional workspace, dedicated desk, and wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload). Satellite or mobile internet is not supported.
Qualifications
2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills to close sales.
Excellent communication, analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property & Casualty license required after hire.
