You’ll be on the front line of connecting hospitals, neurologists, and immunologists with life-changing infusion therapies. Develop and execute a territory plan focused on acute care, hospital, and infusion suite accounts Identify new referral sources and strengthen existing physician and case manager relationships Partner with internal clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless patient onboarding and continuity of care Deliver impactful presentations and educational resources on IVIG and related therapies Track referral trends, forecast territory growth, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive patient access What You Bring
Minimum
3+ years of experience
in
specialty pharmacy or infusion sales —IVIG, biologics, or immunology preferred Proven track record of success in acute or hospital-based business development Strong clinical understanding of infusion protocols, payor processes, and patient care pathways Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across multidisciplinary teams Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage a large territory and complex accounts Location: Columbus, OH
