Account Executive – IVIG/Infusion Therapy Location: Toms River, NJ (covering Ocean County and surrounding areas)

Compensation: $120,000–$160,000 base salary + uncapped commissions (225K+ OTE)

Position Summary We’re seeking an Account Executive to develop and expand relationships with physician practices and specialty clinics throughout Ocean County, NJ and nearby regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in healthcare sales, particularly in specialty pharmaceuticals, infusion services, or biologics. You’ll work directly with healthcare providers, practice managers, and referral coordinators to promote our infusion therapy solutions — with strong internal operational support behind you.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development: Identify and engage physician practices specializing in GI, neurology, dermatology, rheumatology, and immunology.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clinic decision-makers, ensuring long-term referral partnerships.

Territory Growth: Develop and execute a territory plan focused on referral generation and market expansion.

Education & Presentations: Deliver consultative presentations that communicate the clinical and operational advantages of partnering with our infusion centers.

Market Intelligence: Stay informed about trends, payor changes, and competitors to strategically position our services.

Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (clinical operations, intake, and marketing) to ensure a seamless experience for referring physicians and patients.

Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records, track key metrics, and consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Minimum 3 years of healthcare sales experience (specialty pharma, biologics, infusion, or medical device preferred).

Proven track record of success in physician office or specialty clinic sales.

Strong communication, presentation, and territory management skills.

Must reside within ~1 hour of Toms River, NJ and be willing to travel regularly throughout the region.

Preferred

Experience selling into GI, Neurology, Rheumatology, Dermatology, or Immunology practices.

Familiarity with infusion therapy, specialty biologics, or home/ambulatory infusion services.
