Are you a motivated sales professional with experience in IVIG or specialty infusion? This role offers the chance to directly impact patient care while driving growth across a defined territory. As a Sales Executive, you’ll focus on building strong provider relationships, opening new accounts, and delivering solutions that improve access to therapies in neurology, allergy & immunology, rheumatology, gastroenterology, multiple sclerosis, and dermatology.

What You’ll Do
Develop and expand business by opening new accounts and growing existing ones
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory
Educate providers and staff on IVIG and other monoclonal therapies
Identify key referral sources using CRM tools and maximize opportunities for patient access
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth patient transitions and outstanding support for provider offices
Maintain a consistent call cycle with proper follow‑up and account management
Support practices with benefit verification, documentation, and specialty pharmacy coordination
Stay current on competitor activity and market trends to inform territory strategy
What You Bring
2–4+ years of specialty pharmacy or healthcare sales experience (IVIG or infusion strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy, with the ability to serve as a trusted resource for providers
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across multiple specialties
Highly motivated, adaptable, and solution‑oriented with a positive “can‑do” attitude
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
Willingness to travel within your assigned territory
