Houston, TX Summary:
This individual will develop and grow new and existing accounts and client relationships. Responsibilities include developing client relationships at local plants, attending trade shows and networking events, calling prospects, and developing leads. Responsibilities: Selling the company’s services within the geographic territory. Developing a business plan and sales strategy to meet sales goals and profitability targets. Creating action plans to penetrate new markets. Maintaining and expanding key customer relationships. Participating in industry trade shows and technical conferences. Familiarity with company services, technology, strategic initiatives, safety, operations, and business development practices. Supporting marketing plan development and implementation. Experience and Qualifications: 3-5+ years sales experience, preferably in the Chemical and Refinery industry with contacts at plant locations. Strong customer service and communication skills (oral and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and in teams with a sense of urgency and accuracy. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
