Heartflow is seeking a Territory Account Manager to represent Heartflow within a specific geographic region. The TAM will work with customers to ensure they are successful with Heartflow’s non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology, driving adoption through the network of referring physicians. Expect approximately 20-25% travel from a home office. Compensation

The base salary range is $200,000.00/yr - $215,000.00/yr. This role is eligible to earn variable/commission with total target compensation (base plus variable/commission) between $200,000 - $215,000. Heartflow also notes a separate pay range disclosure and that the final pay will be based on skills and experience. Job Description

The Territory Account Manager will be the face of Heartflow within a specific geographic region. You will work with customers to ensure they are extremely successful with Heartflow’s non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology. Your responsibility is to drive adoption through the network of referring physicians, proactively supporting, educating, and providing solutions to build high customer satisfaction. This is a customer-facing role with primary focus on Cardiologists, Primary Care Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and beyond. Job Responsibilities

Drive growth and adoption of a cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway with key strategic Heartflow accounts; develop and execute business development plans with account stakeholders. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration within the organization, including leadership, physician mentors, and various program and field teams; coordinate Heartflow resources to support accounts and program development. Increase Heartflow usage within designated key strategic accounts by: Maintaining and building relationships with referring physicians and clinical stakeholders Educating customers on Heartflow’s value proposition through presentations and discussions with referring physicians Promoting Heartflow and building advocacy Performance will be evaluated based on active/targeted accounts and metrics, including: Meeting/exceeding quota for strategic accounts cCTA growth and FFRct penetration/case growth over baseline in assigned accounts Skills & Qualifications

Proven sales skills and a track record of sales achievement Account development experience and ability to build and support clinical programs Clinical/technical proficiency with ability to grasp information and disseminate to customers Ability to develop relationships with key account stakeholders across clinical and administrative roles Cross-functional collaboration skills to coordinate field and HQ resources Customer-focused mentality and ability to explain medical technologies to healthcare professionals Knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology preferred Self-motivated with ability to initiate, organize, and complete projects Strong problem-solving skills and professional demeanor Ability to work well in a cross-functional team and with customers from diverse backgrounds Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional etiquette Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems Educational Requirements & Work Experience

4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience, or 2-year degree with 7+ years of related sales or clinical experience Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing or Technical field preferred Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology imaging, hospital, or medical software highly desired Experience with introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals is highly desired Equal Opportunity Statement
