Retail Sales Associate – Rohnert Park
Join Arch Telecom as a Mobile Associates (MA) on our Retail Team. “MAs” are brand ambassadors who energize customers, create excitement around our wireless products, and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience.
What You’ll Do
Help customers pick up right where they left off, whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store.
Explore individual needs and demonstrate the latest technology in‑store.
Seat‑side sell personalized solutions that exceed the bare‑bones device and plan, including accessories and IoT devices.
Guide customers through a thoughtful purchasing experience with questions, answers and expertise.
The Ideal Candidate
Strong desire to learn and master customer advocacy skills and build meaningful customer connections.
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
Willingness to work with peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices while serving customers.
Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals.
6+ months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
