Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs, offering guidance and support regarding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company’s products and services. Assist management with supervising associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training on processes, and modeling member service approaches to resolve complaints per policy. Receive and stock supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors; maintain the sales floor through merchandising, documentation, and policy compliance. Maintain facility safety and adhere to safety procedures, including forklift operations, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations. Ensure merchandise presentation and sales floor upkeep, including claims handling, zoning, stocking, displays, pricing, shrink control, and safeguarding fragile items. Monitor product quality, rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation; manage product recalls and ensure compliance with policies across departments. Oversee picking and staging of club pick-up orders; ensure accurate selection and staging per policy. Develop and implement processes to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners, analyzing information, monitoring progress, and addressing improvements. Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity; model behavior, implement action plans, and assist management in addressing issues. Lead and participate in teams; coordinate work, provide guidance, and support to ensure timely, high-quality results; adapt to change and new challenges. Respect for the individual and teamwork
