Job Summary Provides outstanding member service at the sales floor, guides members and associates through self‑service technology, assists with purchasing decisions, and ensures products and services are promoted effectively.
Responsibilities
Greet members, identify their needs, provide guidance on self‑service technology, assist with location and purchase decisions, resolve issues, and promote company products and services.
Assist management with supervising associates, assigning duties, communicating goals, giving feedback, training on policies and procedures.
Support the Open Door Policy by recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating associates.
Receive, stock, and organize merchandise from distribution centers and vendors; maintain the sales floor using equipment and merchandising practices; complete required paperwork and logs.
Maintain the safety and security of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting and hazardous‑material handling procedures, and reporting unsafe situations.
Ensure merchandise presentation aligns with company policies: handle claims and returns, zone and stock areas, arrange displays, remove damaged goods, sign and price merchandise, identify shrinkage, and secure fragile items.
Monitor food and merchandise quality by ensuring proper rotation, code dating, recalls, and sanitation standards.
Oversee picking and staging of club pick‑up orders to meet product selection and staging protocols.
Develop, communicate, and implement processes and practices that address business needs, collaborate with managers and partners, analyze information, and identify improvement opportunities.
Promote and support compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards, explaining and demonstrating their application.
Lead and participate in teams by sharing resources, information, and tools; coordinate work assignments; provide feedback and support to meet timelines and quality standards.
Foster an inclusive workplace that values diversity, builds trust, motivates, and supports associates in a collaborative culture.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading a team, supervising, hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and managing the workload of associates.

The hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
