The Achieve Program supports students with either a health impairment or social/emotional behavior disability that adversely affects the student's educational performance. Classrooms are designed for students who need support in learning behavioral controls so that they can access learning opportunities. Each student has a Functional Behavior Assessment and Behavior Intervention Plan. Classes are structured so that teachers can work individually with each child\'s particular needs in this area. Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 support under supervision in special education settings; assist with behavior management and instructional activities; support students in accessing learning opportunities; collaborate with the educational team to implement individualized plans. Qualifications

Experience or training in supporting students with special education needs; ability to work with students requiring behavioral support; ability to collaborate with teachers and staff to implement Behavior Intervention Plans. Benefits and employment details
