Front of House Supervisor

is a role in the Resort’s food and beverage management team. Massanutten Resort is looking for an upbeat, people-focused, go-getter to join the team. In addition to actively supervising daily operations under the guidance and support of the management team, the Front of House Supervisor will have opportunities to grow their skill set and career path through enhanced training, teaching, and special project opportunities. Responsibilities
Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including opening and closing tasks, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding safety and sanitation policies. Coordinate team assignments, monitor staff development, provide training, maintain team motivation, and resolve issues in the immediate environment. Assist with inventory processes, oversee opening/closing of the restaurant, and support ongoing operations to keep the team on track. Collaborate with management to ensure smooth service and exemplary guest experiences. Qualifications
Experience with computers and use of restaurant management software or POS systems. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Experience as a server, bartender, or supervisor in a food and beverage setting is preferred. Strong guest service orientation and ability to lead a team. Compensation and Benefits
