About the Role: As a Sales Advisor, you'll provide excellent customer service, welcome and guide customers through the store to actively sell our products, and provide support and guidance. You’ll use fashion and product knowledge to give customers the information they need for the best experience. You’ll also help with garment refill & care, presentation, and maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. A typical day includes responsibilities such as: Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers and supporting them with direct assistance Engage with customers to deliver outstanding service Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products across all areas of the store Effectively promote and sell products Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives Represent the H&M brand positively in all customer interactions Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management Responsibilities

Customer Sales & Profit: handle customer interactions across the OMNI experience where available Achieve sales targets in collaboration with store management Maintain good garment care, presentation, and merchandising standards Ensure clean and tidy sales floor and back of house areas, including stockrooms General Information

Fashion & Trend Awareness: stay up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and influencers Use product knowledge to share relevant information with customers Team & Development

Share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge with colleagues Follow procedures, routines, and legal requirements Give and receive feedback to support development Participate in onboarding, introductions, trainings, and role-relevant development opportunities Retail Operations/Visual & Commercial Execution

Manage garment cycles from unpacking to refilling, steaming, and care Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas per best practices Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house Support with garment presentation and merchandise displays following visual & commercial guidelines Maintain stock levels with replenishment on the sales floor Adhere to in-store OMNI Services and tech tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.) Support opening and closing of the store Follow all health & safety guidelines and applicable legal requirements Qualifications
