What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and deliver instructor‑led and virtual training for Momentum Financials end users and stakeholders
Provide training on supporting interfaces and data integrations connecting Momentum with other systems
Collaborate with functional analysts and change management teams to align training materials with business processes
Create and maintain training documentation, including user guides and e‑learning content
Assist with post‑training user support and conduct refresher sessions
What is Required (Qualifications):
US citizenship is required
3+ years of experience working within Momentum Financials
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for education
Strong analytical and written and oral communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to solve problems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with training delivery in a financial management context
Familiarity with federal systems and processes
Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage diverse audiencesExperience in change management or user readiness activities
Knowledge of e‑learning tools and techniques
