Network Operations Center (NOC) Training & Standards Program Manager
to support the development and execution of critical training programs that align with FAA standards and internal operational excellence. In this high-impact role, you’ll design and facilitate training programs for NOC teams (including Air Traffic Management, Meteorology, and Customer Planning), develop operational procedures, and maintain regulatory compliance all while working cross-functionally within one of the most vital parts of our airline's operation. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance training programs and lesson plans for NOC personnel Facilitate or lead training sessions (new hire, specialty, and recurrent) as needed Ensure training programs comply with FAA regulations and internal standards Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with operational needs Deliver presentations and reports to internal stakeholders Maintain training records and documentation Provide after-hours support as needed based on operational demands Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in training, facilitation, or instructional design Experience with curriculum development and project management Strong understanding of airline or aviation operations (NOC experience preferred) Knowledge of FAA training and compliance standards is a plus Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment High School Diploma or GED required Preferred Qualifications
Experience in meteorology, air traffic operations, or customer planning within an airline Familiarity with adult learning principles and training metrics Prior experience working in a unionized or regulated environment Seniority level
