Job Overview:

The Network Operations - NOC Training & Standards Program Manager will be responsible for building, reviewing, and facilitating NOC training program development. This role will support training programs in areas such as NOC Customer Planner, Air Traffic Management, and Meteorology, ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements and company standards.

Responsibilities:

Maintain responsibility for the vision, design, and rollout of training materials and lesson plans.

Facilitate or instruct new hire, specialty, and recurrent training classes as needed.

Develop training programs and methods to enhance NOC Training.

Maintain records and documentation as required.

Develop standards and procedures for NOC Operations.

Respond to and create correspondences as necessary.

Create and deliver presentations.

Develop and maintain close partnerships with supported operational groups to promote collaboration.

Ensure training needs are met by gathering timely feedback.

Maintain proficiency in the area of support, if applicable, based on NOC CBA requirements.

Perform other job duties as directed by leadership.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of training and/or facilitation techniques.

Proficiency in current and emergent PC software packages.

Understanding of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching, and measuring training effectiveness.

Knowledge of company operations.

Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, strategic, and time management skills.

Ability to adapt training methods based on audience and subject matter.

Proficiency in project management.

Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with competing priorities and deadlines.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to coach, mentor, and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Creative problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Education:

Required: High School Diploma or GED.

Experience:

Advanced-level experience in training, facilitation, and curriculum development.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint or other presentation software.

Experience in project management.
