Remote Inbound Sales Representative
Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a Remote Inbound Sales Representative. Applicants must reside in Oklahoma, Tennessee, Minnesota, Nebraska, Alabama, or Louisiana.
Base Pay Range $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Pay Details
Starting base salary is $45,000 with opportunity for growth.
Average earnings range from $55,000-$75,000 through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85,000+.
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on insurance needs.
Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
Maintain a professional workspace at home, including a dedicated desk and high‑speed internet connection (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload).
Work a schedule of four weekdays and one weekend day, mid‑morning start time (example 11 am‑8 pm CST) for a minimum of 12 months before shift consideration.
Participate in 16‑week training for licensed hires or 18‑week training for unlicensed hires, including licensing for those who do not currently hold a Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Qualifications
2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property & Casualty Insurance License (training provided if not held).
