Pay Details

Starting base salary is $45,000 with opportunity for growth.

Average earnings range from $55,000–$75,000 through a combination of base salary and generous commission.

Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85,000+.

Job Details This Remote Inbound Sales Representative position is available for candidates based in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, Maryland, New Hampshire, Ohio, and Kentucky. Applicants must reside within these specified locations to be considered for this role.

Position Details From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training includes licensing.

Schedule:

4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (e.g., 11 am‑8 pm CST). Minimum 12 months before shift change.

Professional home workspace with wired high‑speed internet (≥100 Mbps download, ≥20 Mbps upload).

Qualifications

2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years required.

Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.

Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.

Property and Casualty License required after hire.
