Inbound Remote Sales Representative

Base Pay: $55,000–$75,000 per year, with additional commission opportunities.
Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on insurance needs and matching coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
Close sales using persuasive selling techniques and represent the Liberty brand with integrity and customer focus.
Work remotely, maintaining a professional home workspace and technical equipment as required.
Adhere to a schedule of four weekdays and one weekend day, with a mid‑morning start time (example 11 am–8 pm CST).
Qualifications
2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales or service‑related work experience required.
Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills to close sales.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Proficient typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property & Casualty license required after hire.
Eligibility: Candidates must reside in North Carolina, New Jersey, South Carolina, Indiana, Massachusetts, or West Virginia.
