Inside Sales Agent, Inbound Remote — Houston, TX area based role within Liberty Mutual Insurance. You will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. Salary and Pay

Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr. The range is provided by Liberty Mutual Insurance; your actual pay is based on skills and experience. Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commissions. Top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+. Job Details

This is a remote position with paid training and licensing in all 50 states. All insurance representatives will hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license; training includes licensing if needed. Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls; all incoming warm leads. Opportunities for rewards and recognition. Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (example 11am-8pm CST); this schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months. All computer equipment is provided. Remote work requires a professional workspace and reliable high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite or mobile internet is not supported. Qualifications

2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills; ability to close sales. Ability to communicate well with prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills. Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency. Property and Casualty Insurance License; training will be provided if you do not currently hold a license. What You’ll Be a Great Fit
