Base pay range:
$55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr . Starting base salary is
$45K
with opportunity for growth plus generous commission. Average first year earnings range from
$55K-$75K
through a combination of base salary and commission. Top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to
$85k+. Position details
As an Inbound Sales Representative you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. You must hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license; if you do not have one, paid training includes licensing. Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls; all incoming warm leads. Opportunities for rewards and recognition. Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (example: 11am-8pm CST). This schedule is expected for at least 12 months. All computer equipment is provided. Maintain a dedicated workspace with wired internet (minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload). Qualifications
2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills with the ability to close sales. Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills. Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency. Property and Casualty License required after hire. About us
